All orders are fulfilled from our physical location in Sacramento, California — every item is in stock and ready to be shipped promptly. Below: how processing, shipping, tracking, and returns work.
Same-day or
next business day.
Same-day processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and prepared for shipping the same day.
Next business day
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, but shipping will begin on the next business day.

international.
Packages are shipped from our main fulfillment center located at 3555 Capitol Mall, 2nd floor, Sacramento, CA 95814, United States. We provide address-specific delivery services across the USA — reliable, direct-to-door service for all orders. For customers outside the USA, we offer UPS International Shipping.

Track every
shipment.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website. If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was delivered to the wrong address, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

original condition.
The window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. The products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
Shipping & refunds
For domestic returns, we provide a prepaid return label. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
