HellStr is an independent resale platform specializing in Hellstar streetwear. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Hellstar or any of its parent entities. We acquire our inventory from verified resellers and collectors, and every item undergoes a thorough authentication process before being listed for sale.

We carry a wide range of authentic Hellstar items including shorts, hoodies, sweatpants, T-shirts, long sleeves, and accessories — from current seasonal drops to archival and limited-edition releases.

Items are available in sizes S, M, L, and XL. Most Hellstar pieces fit true to size with a relaxed streetwear silhouette. Check the Size Guide on each product page for detailed measurements.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, modifications or cancellations may be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@hellstr.com. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are processed the same day, so time is limited.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in USD through encrypted payment systems.

Yes. All payments are processed through trusted and encrypted payment systems to ensure the safety of your personal and billing information. For security reasons, some orders may require additional payment verification before processing.

Applicable sales taxes may be added to orders depending on your shipping destination and local tax regulations. For international orders, customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

We ship worldwide with free shipping on all orders. Packages are shipped from our fulfillment center at 3555 Capitol Mall, 2nd floor, Sacramento, CA 95814, United States. International orders ship via UPS International.

Within the U.S.: 10–11 business days
International: 11–12 business days

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are processed and prepared for shipping the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST are processed the next business day. Weekend orders (Saturday–Sunday) are processed between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM but shipping begins the next business day.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website. If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer support team.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was delivered to the wrong address, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at support@hellstr.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

You may return any item within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or use are not eligible for return.

For domestic returns (within the USA), we provide a prepaid return label. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs — unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, your refund will be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Please contact us at support@hellstr.com within 1 day of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos or other evidence of the damage. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, a refund, or store credit.

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are non-returnable. Items without their original packaging are also not eligible for return.
