NFC Tag
Some Hellstar pieces are produced with a small NFC chip sewn into the garment — a contactless authentication tag you can read with your phone. One tap, and the verification page opens automatically.
Three steps,
five seconds.
Hold your phone to the tag
Make sure NFC is enabled in settings. iPhone XS and newer read automatically — no app needed.
A link appears
Your phone reads the chip in a second and shows a notification with the verification link. Tap it to open.
See the verification
The verification page opens with the item’s collection and authenticity status. Done.
Not every item has an NFC tag
Hellstar introduced NFC chip authentication with Capsule 10 (2024) and continued it in the drops that followed. Pieces from earlier capsules (1–9) and most pre-2024 production don’t carry a chip. So whether a piece has an NFC tag depends on which collection and batch it was made in.
In our catalog, items that come with a working NFC chip are marked NFC. If you don’t see this label on a product page, the piece doesn’t include one — and that’s not a sign of a fake. Many genuine Hellstar items were produced before NFC was introduced, or simply belong to batches that weren’t tagged.
Either way, every item we list — NFC or not — passes our manual authentication before going on sale.
